All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number straight to your inbox so you always know where your stuff is.
A note on shipping times: We work directly with manufacturers to bring you the best prices possible. Occasionally this means slightly longer shipping windows — we'd rather be upfront about that than overpromise and underdeliver.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind everything on this site. If something isn't right, we want to fix it.
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Sale items are final sale
- To start a return or exchange, email us at shop.velke@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out — no runaround, no hassle
