Where do my orders ship from?
We work directly with manufacturers to bring you the best prices possible. Depending on the product, orders may ship from various locations — we're always trying to support different creators and makers many different places. You'll always receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping runs 7-10 business days and express shipping runs 58 business days. We know that's not Amazon-speed and we'd rather be upfront about it than overpromise. Good things are worth a short wait.
What if my order arrives damaged or isn't what I expected?
Email us at shop.velke@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if applicable. We'll sort it out — no runaround, no hassle. We stand behind everything on this site.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original condition. Sale items are final sale. Reach out to shop.velke@gmail.com and we'll make it easy.
How do I know the products are actually good quality?
Because we wouldn't put anything here that we wouldn't buy ourselves. Every product on Velke is chosen because it's something we'd genuinely use, wear, or gift to someone we care about. If it doesn't meet that standard it doesn't make the cut — simple as that.
